For all of us, the current situation surrounding the spread of SARS-CoV-2 is an enormous challenge. I would like to assure you that we are working hard to adapt our freight capacity to your current demand and the constantly changing global regulations.
We are doing everything in our power to keep our freighter services stable. However, the extensive changes within our network of passenger flights have a direct impact on the available belly capacities. In order to compensate for these shortfalls, changes in the scheduling of our cargo aircraft are also likely in the coming days.
The developments are currently too dynamic to fully anticipate them. On our website www.lufthansa-cargo.com and our Twitter channel @Lufthansa_Cargo, we will keep you informed about daily changes to our flight schedule. We will also inform you about currently bookable connections via our API interface getRoutes and our network page. In addition, all available colleagues are on duty to help you also over the phone. We do everything to keep the waiting loops as short as possible.
